Description:
Two story home with 4 bedrooms, 1 bath / shower and sunroom upstairs.  Porch, kitchen, playroom, livingroom, den and 1 bath / shower downstairs (pull-out couch makes into a double bed and 2nd couch changes into a single bed).

Heated and fully equiped with washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, 3 telephones, radio, 2 colour TVs / VCR and a variety of movies.  Many toys and games provided as well as adult and children´s library, picnic table and propane barbeque.

Large lawn and flower gardens with over 150 different flowers.  Quiet biking and hiking trails nearby and miles of safe sandy beaches for swimming, walking, exploring and clam digging on the island´s warm south shore.

A spacious country setting 20 minutes from Charlottetown and 25 minutes from Confederation Bridge. Close to restaurants, theatres, parks, churches, golf courses and stores.

Rates:
Per Week: $900 per week plus 10% PST , 50% at time of booking
Rental Season: June 2nd to September 1st
Off Season: $600.00 per week
