| About Heritage Network Atlantic |
Heritage Network Atlantic is a three year program
of inter-provincial initiatives
focusing on key areas of development in the Atlantic
heritage community.
It was designed to complement each of Atlantic Canada's
Provincial Museum
Association's Professional Development Project. The program
was developed to
maximize the effectiveness of the skills and resources
found in the region.

The Community Museums Association of PEI is responsible
for the Travelling Exhibit Network and
offers other museums
training and ideas on how to construct their own cost
effective travelling exhibits
The Association Museums New Brunswick is responsible
for the New Technology Networks, which explores
the delivery of programs
throughout the region through the use of new technology.
The Federation of Nova Scotia Heritage is spearheading
the Professional Exchange Program and study
tours.
The Museums Association of Newfoundland & Labrador
will
research, explore, and implement living interpretations
events.
