"Turning Problems Into Profits," is more than a catchy slogan, it is in fact, company policy and
has been for more than five years.
There is a perception in the business community that one collection
service is as good as another, a point of view we are prepared to demonstrate as not so, when you send
your delinquent accounts to us.
Business people often become frustrated with their current collection arrangements because they feel left out
of the process, as if their concerns, in terms of money owed them, have been shelved when they proved too
difficult to collect. We are not prepared to shelve any account, because a further policy of ours is; if we

We have no objection to competition from other collection services, quite the contrary, without competition
from off Island agencies our success in this field would not be as noticeable as we believe it to be. The
above, of course, is just words, necessary words perhaps, to bring our expertise to your attention, but
what you really need is action on outstanding accounts, and we will provide it.
