PAULINE DALTON, CBT, CCC, MA (Counselling Psychology and Creation Spirituality), is engaged in private practice in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prior to 1998, she had a practice in Toronto and during that time she also completed a two-year program in Transformational Psychotherapy.

Pauline's search for grounding, connection and security in her own life led her to a deep love for the earth and the universe. As well, this search led her in the direction of bioenergetics which today has proven to be her lifeline. She cherishes the wisdom of the body and believes that as one wakes up at a body level deep connections with the self, with others and the earth ensue.
